Using waiwad

We'd love for you to use waiwad for creative, collaborative, and positive purposes. We just ask that you avoid anything illegal or harmful to others. If something comes up that violates the spirit of this, we may need to step in — but we'd always rather talk first.

Your content is yours

Everything you create on waiwad belongs to you. We only store and display your work to make the service run. We'll never use your content for advertising or share it with anyone outside your team.

We keep the lights on

We work hard to keep waiwad running smoothly, but like any software, things can occasionally go wrong. We'll always do our best to fix issues quickly and keep you in the loop when something affects your work.

Our brand & product

The waiwad name, logo, and product design are things we've put a lot of care into. We're happy for you to talk about us — just please don't rebrand or redistribute them without checking with us first.

Liability

We build waiwad with care, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect. Our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months. We appreciate your understanding on this one.

When things change

If we ever need to update these terms, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice via email or an in-app message — no surprises. If you ever have concerns, please just reach out.
